Vacation Dilemma

So every year we go to the Outerbanks. We sign a lease in November and it’s is not refundable. My husband just got a new job and is not able to go. We already paid $1500. We go with my family & im very upset. I want to still go but am torn because I would hate for him to not see our daughter for two weeks plus he’s my family and I hate that he can’t go. What would you do? We hate to have that money go to waste and he wants me to go and enjoy it, but I feel so bad. Our daughter is 18 months, and we are going in May. 10th-26th. What would you do?
