Heartbeat

I had a scare the other night and they did an ultrasound and I was 6 weeks and 4 days then and they didn’t find a heartbeat. She seen the sac and my levels were where they need to be. So what is going on.... I’m worried. My actual first appointment isn’t until the 25th.... and there is no cramping or bleeding
