When did your milk come in?

Once you started pumping when did your milk come in? I'm 8 days PP and started pumping today. I'm getting less then 0.25oz total each pumping session. Anyone else have this issue? When did you start producing more? Did  you start producing more?

I started the first day but we had some conflicting advice about her issues with latching and with my GD she had to be given more donor milk than I could conceivably supply just to kee up her sugars, so it's been really erratic when I get to try and latch, pump, or just feed her. I pump and massage just about every two hours, trying to bring it in. Now two days PP, I am really hoping it comes in today since we're leaving the hospital.

Answer

It takes time, first month, it will increase to 50ml. It won’t happen in a night. Keep pumping frequenlty
