Attention Fitness Mommas-to-be
This is my first pregnancy and for the last two weeks the morning (more like all day) sickness has been rough. I’ve actually lost 7 lbs just to give you an idea. Before I got pregnant I was regularly running and doing CrossFit three days a week. Since the sickness has started, paired with this horrible fatigue I’ve done nothing and felt so lazy. I’m at 7 weeks and am afraid I’ll never be able to work out again. 😭How do y’all do it! I need tips on managing the sickness and getting back to the grind.
