Help! Horrible neck ache & headache day 2

So I’ve been havin this horrible right side neck ache goin from the neck all the up the back of my head to my front forehead area for the past two days. I have a known herniated disc in my neck that’s pinching a nerve goin down my left arm so idk if that has something to do w/ it or not. But I can’t take any of the pain meds I was takin before I knew I was pregnant for it due them being narcotics. I’ve been takin extra strength Tylenol like candy, using biofreeze on my neck & have a heat up neck wrap I’ve been putting around my neck. This has been goin on for 2 days & just won’t shake. I sleep w/ a bite guard at night and I even splurged on those my pillows. Any advice on what to do? Heat seems to help a lot but the pain will go down just to spike right back up.
