Guuuuurlllllll I was like this in my first trimester it was Killing me !!! 😖😖 
I was advised to take Miralax , 
Also prune juice , Raisins , fiber ...
Girl my best of luck cause it was A headache ...

Also fruit and covetous veggies. I have been anemic with both pregnancies and have to take iron which can cause constipation. They have always said to try prune juice, eat fruits and fiberous veggies.
