I’m freaked out (WARNING-stool pics)

So this is kinda a weird topic but my poop has been really weird lately. Each time I check it out it has weird little holes in some areas. It’s just really weird. I have gone to a lab to check if I did have any sort of parasites but they never called saying anything was up, I took a pee sample and I got blood work done over there to check. I’m just really freaked out.
