I NEED HELP

Okay so I’m currently pregnant with my second I had my first six months ago but this time my nipples are so sore!!! Like my bra hurts rubbing against them I tried the nipple numbing cream from when I was Brest feeding and cold wash rags and hot ones too NOTHING helps every time I hold my baby I’m in so much pain I almost start crying does anyone know what can help
