i’ve been back to work and HOW do you find time to pump? i have 14 residents to get up and take care of. i run a day program as well. i have a second person to assist me but i’m barely finding time. i pump every 6 hours or more! idk what to do. help😢

You are going to have to put time aside and pump. Depending on how old your little one is you should pump around every 2 hours! If you don’t keep up you will loose your supply!

You just have to make time, it isn’t forever so just try to find a way, only pumping every six hours is going to destroy your supply
