Contractions 30-50 seconds long?

Since last night I’ve been having contractions lasting 30-50 seconds long and a couple minutes in between. No matter if I’m laying down, walking around, going to the bathroom ect. Is this contractions or just Braxton Hicks?

I am going through this right now. It’s been like this for the last two days and it has lasted all day and all night. It started after losing my mucus plug. I’m actually on the way to see the doctor to see what is going on
