When did you tell your employer you're pregnant?!

How far along were you when you told them?? I almost 15 weeks and have yet to say a thing, but I feel like I should tell them soon
Any advice on how to tell your boss??

I told my direct supervisor right away— as soon as I had my pregnancy verified by my midwife. Him and I are close and I was excited and wanted to keep him in the loop. I also was worried about morning sickness issues, so I assumed telling him right away would alleviate some of my worries surrounding work.

A couple days before Valentine's day my store manager was joking around (as I have a 13 month old) and was like are you going be popping out another kid in December. I'm like nope end of August. He was like what. Are you serious.. I told him yes. I also just returned to work early last month from maternity (I was 7 weeks when I returned back) 
He however said don't be telling the main manager and owner just yet and wait a bit. Especially cuz I'm still not showing. (Pictures below are a couple days ago)  and to wait til I've been back for a few more months before breaking the news I'm be leaving either August 13or the Tuesday before on the 6th.   Depending how I feel.  (Due the 23rd)

I broke the news early and after my first ultrasound (9.5 weeks). However, our schedule runs 6 months out so I felt obligated to mention it early to line up work.

I told my boss around 9 weeks because of the upcoming appointments and blood work. It was easier that way for her to understand why I’m in late some days. I plan on telling HR & the owner before I announce on social media.

I told my immediate supervisor at about 11 weeks only because there was an intense spray paint/chemical smell in the office that wasn't going away and i needed to leave.  But i also trust him not to say anything to anyone else including our manager.
I'm now 15w5d.  I don't have a set time when i will tell them.  And there's nothing saying you have to tell them for a long time.  Depends on how much notice they need for mat leave - usually a month.
I'm going to wait and see how long it takes for me to start showing enough for someone to notice.  I'm starting to lay bets on who will be the first person to say something to me lol.  Who says i can't have fun with this hahahaha

My daughter (3) told my boss the next day haha and I told my boss at my other job right away (wood working) because it can potentially be a hazard
