Implantation Bleeding

I think I had implantation cramping 7-9 DPO. Having twinges and pulling on my lower right and then left side. Just once or twice a day so not much.

I’m now 11DPO and wiped and had a very light pink blood as a wiped, just a little bit.

Is is possible to have implantation bleeding after cramping?

I’ve also been extremely fatigued, had the beginnings of a cold from 9-11DPO but just not becoming a cold but bunged up nose. I also woke up today 11DPO with a small nose bleed.

It’s just the possibility of implantation bleeding after the cramping I’m wondering about. Or could be the start of my period. I’m due in 3 days.
