Need advices

I’ve been with my boyfriend for a year and a half and my boyfriend is leaving for uni in 4 months. I’ve still got next year in this country, 10 hours away from where he is going. So we’re going to do a 9 months long distance relationship. He is going to visit sometimes and I’m also going to. The problem is, next year, I’m going to a uni 1 hour away from his and we won’t really see each other as often as we do now. It scares me but we really really love each other it’s unbelievable and we’re willing to try. Do you think we can make it? Do u have any ideas to motivate me or anything?
