Can diaper rash be in just one spot? My daughter has one red spot on her lady parts. It's not raised and it doesn't seem to bother her. When I first noticed it a few days ago it was pink but today it's more red. It kinda looks like it could be eczema (or a pimple coming in) but she has no other spots anywhere else. She started solids about 2 weeks ago so she's pooping a lot more and I think that's what made it red. I put A&D ointment on it and I'm going to monitor it but just looking for possible answers if anyone can help. **No changes to diapers, wipes, creams or soaps**
