What should I do?

I had sex w/o a condom on December 23. I hadn’t had my period that month but I wasn’t worried because I have irregular periods but I haven’t had my period since November 1. I thought I was strange that I didnt get my period after I had sex because I usually get them right after. I took a pregnancy test January 12 and it came negative and than I took one February 5 and also negative. I’m having some symptoms but I just don’t know what to do and I’m also starting to get worried something else is wrong with me.
