Let’s talk hair
About 3.5 years ago I shaved off most of my hair, now it’s long again, a little shorter than the more recent picture below. But currently I’m struggling with keeping it healthy. I’ve googled and watched YouTube videos for tips. I was just wondering if anyone has suggestions for keeping damage and dryness at a minimum? I wear my hair up everyday but decided to not use hair ties as often because of the damage they can cause over time. Now I use scrunchies and clips now because if I leave it down it will get really snarly and knotted up from the color of my work shirt.
I know I need to drink more water and that’s something I plan to work on and I wash my hair daily which isn’t good for it.
