Weird spotting...pregnancy?

I’m currently 8 days post IUI with a trigger shot and currently using progesterone vaginal suppositories. I’ve never been pregnant and we’ve been trying for 2 yrs w unexplained infertility. Starting 3 days ago been having like this midday streak of red when I wipe then it stops, doesn’t require a pad or panty liner at all. Tonight we had sex, nothing crazy and had pink on his penis and when I cleaned up had pink mixed w the other stuff. I never mid cycle spot and I’m regular. Any chance this might be indicative of pregnancy? Have to take a test on Monday. No other symptoms other than I’ve been sick w a cold and cough. And sensitive nipples. Tired but think that’s cold related. What do you think ladies? This is my 3rd iui and first with femara, just want it to work!
