Contractions ftm?

Hey guys so I’m a ftm and I’m pretty sure I’ve been having contractions for the past hour or so , they hurt but not to bad and makes it feel like I have to poop ... I hate going to the hospital they make me feel so dumb, what do you guys think?

Do they feel like you can’t breathe, your whole tummy seizes up and someone knocked the wind from you?... and then you’re fine?! I just woke up to that but.... ten minutes and nothing 🤷🏼‍♀️

Had something similar last night, went and took a bath and they went away. I’ve already gone twice to L&D cause I’m at risk for pre term labor, but I’m now 36+3 days and they won’t stop labor now. Will only go in if they get very intense or my water breaks.

It feels like my whole stomach tightens and it’s painful, they last like a min or so and are about 3-7 mins apart

I'm with you too. My back has been sore all day and it got worse 2 hrs ago. Tummy pain is on and off and I'm feeling nauseous. Ftm too so I have no idea. I can function with the pain so maybe it's just bh?

Have a bath, if they still hurt through that and you are timing them then I would give the hospital a call.
