Light-hearted soap controversy?

Obviously not a pressing matter but apparently it's a major personal preference-

The question--

Bar soap for hand washing, gross or perfectly fine?

I use to work for a soap company that makes natural bar soaps and my co-workers and I use to discuss if they use the bar soaps in the bathroom by the sink.

Some said that was unsanitary and they'd never do it and others thought that was ridiculous and perfectly fine.

I use to think it was gross but after trying it, it doesn't bother me UNLESS it's a public bathroom.

The debate has made it in my home now and family members are taking sides. Lol

What are your thoughts? Would you be grossed out if you went to someone's house and they had bar soap instead of the hand pump kind?
