Ahhh my milk supply tanked today
I have to pump 3.5 oz or more a session to keep up with my baby and just pumped less than 3 for the first time ever.
I’m 19 weeks PP, no period yet.
I have a spectra s1. My 24 mm flanges are too small I think and the 28 seem a little too big.
I have really fast letdown when feeding baby and don’t want to do anything to give me a harder letdown.
Help me!
