LMP says 9 weeks. Blood work says 6. Ultrasound says 4. Help!

I went to the ER yesterday for extreme pain in my right side/ovary, dizziness, shaking, feeling weak and vomiting.

I got my blood work back before I went to my ultrasound. They told me my levels were at about 6-7 weeks.

Then i had my ultrasound. All they saw was an empty sac. I asked if they saw any cysts. She said no. I told her that i have pcos and my ultrasound in September i had several. She said no cysts and no signs of pcos so i shouldnt assume it's that. I didnt argue that I've had it since i was 12, had multiple labs and ultrasounds done, that every obgyn has said i have a textbook case of pcos.

After the doctor came and talked to me. They said they saw the sac which was empty, but i was just early. He said i was 4 weeks. And i have SEVERAL large cysts. I told him what she told me. He looked shocked and said well your ok to go home. Follow up with your doctor in a few days.

Does this sound like a miscarriage? I have had 2 so...

I have a feeling they were just trying to get me out since i dont currently have insurance. I won't be able to see my doctor for another 2 to 3 weeks.
