PCOS & Pregnant!

Just had my bfp this afternoon and am on cycle day 44! My symptoms started last Friday with a sore throat and just felt ridiculously tired all weekend. I had a really sharp low pain when running Sunday morning, so bad that I had to stop and let it pass. Felt a little crampy and have had headaches/generally feeling under the weather. Usually cramp a fair bit in the lead up to my period but this time I haven’t been. Today I noticed my nipples were a little sore and felt sick when driving. Came home and took a cheapie test which had a vvvfl. Used my frer and got this! We went out to buy the clear blue and got 1-2 weeks. I had been diagnosed with some sort of PCOS and have been taking MyOva for the past 3 months as well as using opks/trying to chart! Still in disbelief!
