So my little boy is 6 months and has had diarrhoea for 3 days now due to a tummy bug and if I give him his formula it just comes straight back out again (the other end.) I am literally worried sick he has been to the doctor and they've told me to just keep up the fluids and give him dioralyte which is what I've been doing..constantly giving him sips, and I've tried solids such as baby rice, bananas, toast and nothing is helping it just comes straight out again. I've just checked in him and now his lips are super dry so I gave him loads of water..but I feel like the doctors don't seem that concerned and idont know where to go from here..should I go back to giving formula or stick to water and how long is this gonna take to pass!?
