15 weeks & CRAVING Honey Nut Cheerios!
I just turned 15 weeks yesterday and holy COW does my body love some cereal. I just ate 3 servings right before I head to the gym. I try not to get sugary cereals and I had some noodles and a ham and cheese sandwich for lunch. I also had a chicken salad croissant for breakfast. I’m a little worried that I’m eating way too many carbs and probably need to eat more protein to curb my hunger. Any ideas? I’ve ordered a protein powder to make shakes because I struggle with getting enough protein in my body.
