I am 37 weeks today. I have Polyhydramnios (excess amniotic fluid) and my baby is measuring large for her gestational age. Last night I was having some discomfort but was able to fall asleep for about two hours. I’ve been up since about 2am (almost four hours ago) with horrible contractions that are making me loudly moan with a lot of pressure down there. At this point they’re about 5-7 min apart and very strong, going into my back as well.

I’ve had a few false alarms and I feel like L&D is sick of me, but I also feel like this is the real deal and these feel way different than anything I’ve experienced before. Should I call or keep waiting it out?
