Moms who worked out - did you have an easy labor/birth?
I want to hear from the Moms who stayed active during their entire pregnancy and if you think it helped you or not. I have heard mixed things, some people have said it was their easiest birth and some said theirs were still awful. I know it depends on each person, their body, how big their baby is, pain tolerance, etc.
I am 23 weeks pregnant and workout 2-3 times a week at barre, cycling and doing Insanity and I also walk 2+ miles on the treadmill every single day. I plan on having an all natural birth and I want to know if you truly felt like it helped you during labor and also afterwards with recovery!
