Healthier eating
My doctor said that I gained a little too much weight between my last appointments, and he’s not wrong I think I let my cravings get the best of me and late night snacks. So I’m trying to get into a better eating habit. I love fruits but my OB said they have a lot of sugar which can cause weight gain. Should I be adding more vegetables to my diet in place of the fruits? I usually eat okay, but I want to do what’s best for my baby. I’ve gotten some things to make salads which I love, but what else should I buy? What foods are good foods for pregnancy, like healthy superfoods that can really help my baby. I really want to get myself on a better track rather than giving into the cravings so any suggestions on foods I could be buying that wouldn’t make me gain so much weight but still give my baby nutrition?
Also what can I do exercise wise? I was taken off of work due to preeclampsia and a low lying placenta so he doesn’t want me at a gym pumping iron. Does housework count as good enough activity or what else can I do to keep active within reason of rest?
