I know I’ve had 2 kids so I should get this but i never used OPK bc they were just happened pregnancies. Now I’m not in my 20s anymore and I feel I need to pay more attention to it. 2 kids and 1 miscarriage with D&c, that was 8 years ago. Didn’t want to try again after. Now fast forward and here we are. This month was a no go bc AF showed up on time. But here is my chart for next month...am i ovulating 2 times?? I have a normal 26 day cycle and 5 day periods. Every month is the same. Nothing unusual. And should I temp this time?
