Do you start ovulation time window from first positive opk or the darkest?

So I believe I got a pos opk yesterday: they were the same color as the control line, took the tests around 4 pm.

However, I tested again today and got this: which are definitely darker than the control line.

So would I start the 24-36 hour window from the one I got yesterday? Or from the one I got today?

Its has to do with ur age. When ur 30 and older u have less time from a positive opk till ovulation. When ur that age u can even ovulate the same day u get a positive opk. Its best to learn ur cycle with bbt charting. And baby dance every other day.

i don’t no either i got my first positive and glow scheduled the next day as my ovulation day when i test the next day it was darker and the day after got faint .. so i think when you get your first one you supposed to ovulate from 12-36 hour
