Just curious

So I don’t have an actual appt with my OB until I’m 11 weeks roughly. They won’t see me before that so I scheduled an ultrasound with a place that deals with pregnancy’s but not prenatal stuff. Will they be able to give me a rough answer on how far I am with the ultrasound? I have a rough estimate but i think I ovulated a bit later so I’m not really sure.

They should be able to, but that’s odd. Most start at 8 weeks.

I’d be frustrated whether packed or not. You’re almost not getting checked until your second trimester.

Also, I had the same doctor with my 1st child and she saw me at 6 weeks. So Idk maybe either busy or they changed when they see a patient? It’s frustrating

I think it’s because my doctor is booked up. That’s why I just scheduled an ultrasound. They also told me that my first appt I won’t be getting and ultrasound unless doctor thinks I need one. Meaning I probably wouldn’t have one until around 14 weeks. Idk just kind of off lol

With my first pregnancy, I didn’t get my first appointment until I was 12 1/2 weeks and had an ultrasound then too. This pregnancy I literally just found out this morning so we’ll see!
