Sore core muscles after training?
Hello ladies! Im a day shy of 31 Weeks and this first pregnancy is going so great! Im a runner and kept training 3-4 days a week + going for daily walks since the beginning. But Im wondering if I should stop mild "core training" at some point... I row 3 Times a week and lately my core muscles feel a bit sore/uncomfortable after training but not during the effort. It goes away after a day or two. I mean Im not doing any real abs exercices but rowing does train legs/back/core muscles. I really dont want to deal with hernia...
