New.. have some questions.

So I have been toying with low carb no sugar for about a month and three days ago I decided to just go through with it. I got a keto meal plan (because I’m lazy) through a site called your keto diet, they give me all my daily meals and a weekly grocery shopping list 🙌🏻 my question is.. is it bad to eat the same things day after day? They are so good, and I really like them: they are super easy to make but I’m curious if it can be bad to do that? 🤷🏼‍♀️ i have never really dieted before so I’m not quite sure on wtf to do 😂 any help is greatly appreciated.
