My 1 year difference

So January of 2018 I decided to start eating healthier. This year I'm so happy with my accomplishment. However My family says "you look like skin and bones" or "you look disgusting" . Should I like gain my weight back and be insecure, or should I continue eating healthy and be second guess my appearance because they don't like me being "skinny". ( Note ikik I'm a month late on my one year mark. )
