Is my baby’s toes ok???

He’s 3.5 months old. I just noticed this. The toe next to the little toe on his right foot looks like it bending.

My son’s little toes next to his big toes sit above the rest. But he’s very nimble- has walked since 12months, so I’ve never asked about it- lol.

My sons does that. I was told as long as it does not cause pain they leave it alone.
