I’m 29. AMH 3. Antral follicle count at baseline 18.

Days 1-4 gonal f 150

Day 4 estrogen 327 (no ultrasound)

Day 5-6 gonal f 75, menopur 75 and ganirelix

Day 6 estrogen 847 and 8 growing follicles (10mm-16mm). 16 under 10mm

Day 7 same meds.

Day 8-Estrogen 1490 and still only 8 growing. The little ones aren’t catching up and they aren’t upping my meds.

They have me on a hyper response protocol so basically how I’m understanding It is they can’t give me too many meds cause I’ll respond too much. But It seems like the low dose of meds isn’t going to give me many eggs. I would love some advice 😢 follicles today are 17mm, 16mm, 15mm, 12mm, 12mm, 10mm and 10mm, I’m really worried this cycle will be a waste
