I really want to do hypnobirthing. Has anyone read this book? I just bought it. What did you think? Did it work for you?

I did hypnobirthing with my first. Found it difficult but I do believe it helped my labour progress fast and I only really felt the peak 10 seconds of my contractions. Midwives were amazed, they were telling my birth story all around the hospital 😅
