So I’m a first time mom I’m 37 weeks 2 days pregnant I got my first cervical check yesterday at my appointment she told me i was a 1 and that my cervix was soft but still thick she told me to expect minor cramping so i was prepared but I’m hurting a lot worse than minor cramping i have pressure like i gotta poop but i can barely go it’s like a sharp pain in my butt and it almost brings me to tears my discharge changed from thick and creamy to extremely watery with a sweet smell there’s a lot of it my nipples are just pouring i dont know what to do really need some advice
