Too Dark
I have brown eyes and I like to put black eyeliner on when wearing makeup. I’ve seen other people with brown eyes who wear black eyeliner as well and it looks good but when I wear it on the top and bottom the bottom makes it look too dark around my whole eye. I usually don’t put that much but it looks the same no matter what. How can I brighten my eyes instead of making them look darker?
