Only on the outside. Whenever I get too beat up from. . .things. . . I put some on. NEVER inside though.

Aloe is great! 
Hospitals recommend for women who just have just had a baby to get the biggest maxi pads they can find soak them in aloe vera and freeze them because the cold aloe vera is very soothing to the vagina.
Put on all the aloe you want.  BUT just be careful not to put it up inside of you.

Just make sure it's pure aloe. If you're getting an a logo with a lot of additives it can cause problems or be irritating. 
Vagisil is really good for an irritated vagina as well.
