Ladies, I'm finally 21 weeks along😤

Just found out we're having a girl.

Is say the past three weeks I've been having, vaginal pain? Certain movements and sitting the wrong way, etc. Is extremely painful. My fiance and I haven't been very intimate because of this issue and it overall is just uncomfortable. Could anyone tell me what this sounds like or if I should bring this up to my doctor? At this point, sitting on a frozen bag of corn sounds fantastic.
