I had horrific cramping today. I’ve always had really painful cramps during my period, and have tried a lot over the years to find a solution. Sometimes they are so bad that I am forced to miss school and work. And... Today I had a really bad episode. Nothing I did helped. I took Tylenol and my prescription strength NSAID med. I tried taking a warm bath, and using a heating pad, but the intense pain still lasted for 3 straight hours. I just feel really helpless and down on myself. Does anyone else get debilitating cramps like me?
