Hack for any tired mamas out there💕
I thought this is a bit weird but decided to try it out anyway.
The past few weeks have been very stressful so I haven’t been able to sleep much. Being pregnant and feeling constantly tired didn’t help too.
I was speaking to my grandmother and she suggested I put a few camomile tea bags in my bath as that should help me relax before bed.
I decided to give it a go as I was so shattered and let me tell you! It was the most relaxing bath ever!
I had a decent night sleep considering all the stress I’ve had.
Also found that it helped to relieve the itchiness of my skin due to it stretching which has been driving me mad.
I will definitely be trying this again🥰
(Looks a bit like Shrek’s swamp water but it’s totally worth it)
