Tummy issues 😭

I’m currently 28 weeks prego and my stomach is a mess. This morning I tried to go to the bathroom because I really felt like I had to, I had diarrhea and only a little bit. Now my stomach is making noises like crazy which is embarrassing and I don’t think I can go to the bathroom. I just took tums to see if that would help any other suggestions 😭😭😭
