Dr. Told me because I have irregular cycles and since I don’t usually ovulate before cd 21, then my quality of ovulation is poor. Idk what exactly she means by this? Anyone ever heard of this? I know that if you ovulate before cd 11, the egg is almost always not mature enough but what about after cd 21?

I got told this recently as well and was very confused but after a few blood tests it turned out my progesterone and estrogen levels were low so I was put on medication to help with ovulation and to regulate my periods, ever since my periods have stayed the same dates aswell as my ovulation.. I hope this helps?
