We need to live by this, teach our daughters, our granddaughters, our nieces, our cousins, our mothers, our grandmas, every woman & girl out there..

& even all of our boys & men..

To always love ourselves, inside & out, & to love each other, differences & all..

the world would be beautiful!!

& we may not can change the ugly & hate in this world, but we sure as hell can try! & we can pass this self love & love for others down, generation after generation...

How beautiful would that be?

We shouldn’t struggle in life, put ourselves & others through hell, & have to learn & grow the hard way..

we shouldn’t have to mentally, emotionally, & physically struggle..

We should teach this early so no one ever has to go through this..

& it may not fully dispose of the hate & the insecurities we all face, but it could help tremendously!
