Please help

So my boyfriend and I are always having really great make out sessions but, when he tries to get me in the “mood” (with his hands) he gets so close to me climaxing then, he just stops. I don’t know how to tell him to keep going, I don’t want to force him to keep going if he doesn’t want too though. I just don’t know what to do.
