So I was comparing 2 period apps eve and flow and flow said my period was gonna start yesterday eve was supposed to start last week still no period but I keep getting slight cramps nothing bad once in a while is this normal?

Lots of things can make you late. Different apps might have different cycle days put in so make sure they all match if you are going to use multiple. But stress, change in diet, or change in any routine can also do it, along with ovulating late.
