4 dpo Major cramps implantation or no

Its been 4dpo and ive been experiencing mild/severe cramps for about 6-7 hrs straight no spotting or anything and the next day i was fine but in the morning i got nauseous for 3-4 mins and it stopped when i got something to drink can this be implantation??
