Blood HCG on 2.6.19 was 13,800 (not sure of exact number)

Blood HCG on 2.22.19 was 62,672.

Is this a good sign? I miscarried Dec 2016, and this is my first pregnancy since then, so I’m extra cautious about it. I was told I would have an US the 22nd, but was scheduled incorrectly and now I won’t have one til the Thursday. The nurse states this recent HCG puts me roughly at 4-6 weeks. First day of last period was 12.19.18, so I was thinking I was further than she states.
