I’ve lost 44 POUNDS in 6 months!!

From freshman to sophomore year, I gained about 25 pounds. From junior to the start of senior year, I gained about 40 pounds. I totally let myself go. It was a lonely, depressing time where I had no friends and felt so unloved. Finally, one day I stepped on the scale and saw the number 221.7 flash on the screen and thought, “this has to stop before it gets worse.” I’ve tried so many times to lose weight. But this time, it stuck. I created a fitness account on Instagram, ( @jesusandjogging ) and starting posting my meals and workouts on my story, so all of my followers could see. For some reason that really helped me stay accountable and really on track. And now, I’ve lost 44+ pounds! I’ve never been this happy!!! 🥰🥰🥰

PS: And people who are about to start losing weight: TAKE PICTURES!! When I was heavier, I HATED taking full body pictures. But now, I wish I had! These are the only two pictures that I have at my biggest!!
